Continuing with his work in surpassing negativity in art (currently illustrated by the disgust for Dada's pseudo-products) and opening up to a new phase of positive art, the Lettrist movement has proposed the use of a-optic or rhetoric, within which, and beyond extreme oblivious aesthetics, amateurs themselves become directors. More specifically this photographic approach goes beyond the neo-naturalism of rotten photojournalits as well as successful pseudo-dada-surrealists. In January 2006, Maurice Lemaître proposed, as part of an exhibition, a photograph transferred in sound, where we can see the comments of viewers through silent photographic negatives.
This film is a visual and sonic outline of this original work.
