by Georges REY
1969 / 16mm / b&w / silent / 1S / 3' 00

Travelling forward on a naked man who disappears into the light. The combination of two movements - a travelling shot and an increase in light - leads to the cancellation of the movement.
Being on the borderline between cinema and photography.
Film shot in the studios of Bublex Production, Lyon

The film is in the collections of the Georges Pompidou Centre in Paris.

The naked man is part of a triptych, made up of the cow that ruminates, the naked man and the source of the Loire. The first refers to the present, the second to the future and the last to the past.
