A film study of the Winged Victory statue - The Siegessäule in Berlin.
Images punctuate the black celluloid: with no constant flow of images on the screen we are trapped in a game of waiting for the next image to arrive which when it does and just as we are relieved to see something, disappears again. A cubist vision reducing the gold statue to the its material, sculptural and formal presence, the whole broken into a series of fragments.
