Film about a trip with three other filmmakers (Bernhard Schreiner, Georg Wasner, Alina Grumiller) through Italy. The footage shows mostly diary-like shots: drinking, filming... with the montage of the film I tryed to link these elements together to a continuity of movements through time and space, let one person make a gesture or movement in one place, for example Florence and let someone else continue it in Monterchi or Arezzo. The sound is treated the same way: on one hand to comment the scenery but also to connect the elements with acoustic associations. My intention was to transcend the rather unspectacular footage through montage into something... although the film is very often seen as something "bohemian" I rather dealt with self-doubt in it.
