Three inner steps :
1. “Les voix du passé” (voices from the past) : they are holding us back, they are our fears’s ghosts, the origin of our nightmares (personnal or more global ones) that make us feel stuck.
2. “Aller là-bas” (to go there): the desire to reach, to go higher, to go ahead, to see new possibilities and maybe to surpass yourself… A difficult thing that seems nearly impossible to do.
3. “L’éveil” (the awakening) : the calm of the reconciliation, the harmony of the body and the mind that are changing and joining into a same expression.
