Super 8 color negative with a time-lapse camera. A high-angle shot. A threshold: a busy tourist spot in a small street of Barcelona. Like a surveillance apparatus, the Super 8 camera stores up the traces of passing bodies. Between photography and film, we mostly witnesses disappearance, or in some cases, an ephemeral, almost incongruous, persistance.
