1999-2000 / 35mm / b&w / sound / 1S / 15' 00

The film is inspired by the atmosphere that marked the time when St. Petersburg was called Petrograd (1914-24). A spiritual boom of those years and neglect to physical limits of objective reality revealed the essence of St.Petersburg' culture.
When a stranger finds himself in the labyrinths of Petrograd he constantly senses inexplicable anxiety as a presence on the thin verge between being and unseeing.
