Carnival is a meat dance of light and flesh, its collection of bodies pressed together like leaves in an album of recall. These psychedelic sojourns have made of the whole surface of the body a vast aperture, an opening which may admit the assent of another. In this conjecture of bodies met in the dark, where the very small and the very large have been yoked together, they are offering up, as if in sacrifice, the moments of their own flesh in order that some larger understanding might be accrued, a vast Frankenstein body which will stitch together this congregation of delirium.
