Cameraless Film.
A conceptual work, whose purpose is to reflect the human side of celluloid as if it were a living entity. Although virgin celluloid might look just like cold industrial material, it does not when we consider that cinema elicits from the human need to eternalise the moment, life. It springs then from an act of love, in spite of the "mutual" raping caused by the presence of several frames from a highly marketable film. The wound as the presence of the other so as to start anew, once bleeding to death in pain has been avoided. To imagine the author in the everyday stich of loving the celluloid, an act that cures the pain of the word, redemption at last. [Ana Isabel Aréjula. Madrid, 2002]
