Micah Weber (b. 1985 - Las Vegas, Nevada - U.S.) is an independent artist and filmmaker based in Braddock, Pennsylvania. They run a small imprint, Huner Francis Publishing, and write for Missing Observer Studies, an online cinema/journal/diary dedicated to the elongation, suspension, and untimeliness of time.
Weber's work has screened at the International Film Festival Rotterdam; FRACTO Experimental Film Encounter; the Ann Arbor Film Festival; Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival; the London International Animation Festival; and the Ottawa International Animation Festival. Weber has presented their research on moving-images as an emerging scholar, and attendee at the Society of Animation Studies (SAS), from 2017 to 2021.
