Stephanie Wuertz is a filmmaker and artist living in New York City, whose work explores issues surrounding obsolescence, the archive, and re-enactment, moving between abstraction and representation. Her work has screened at Anthology Film Archives, Microscope Gallery, and The New Museum and has travelled to California, South America, Paris and the UK and has been featured in Millennium Film Journal, Jeu de Paume, Art in America, La Furia Umana and LAWeekly.
