Micol ROUBINI


Nationality: Italian

Micol Roubini (1982) graduated in Painting at the Fine arts Academy in Milan and in Audio Technology at Irmus, Scuola Civica, Milan. Since 2006 she works as artist, mainly with video, sound and multimedia installations that have been shown in solo and collective exhibitions in Italy and abroad. She is actually working on her her
first feature documentary film, Restless Guardians. Set in a little village in the Carpathian mountains, in Ukraine, the film is currently supported by different prizes (CNC, Scam, Solinas, Milano Film Network). In 2017 she has founded l’Altauro, for the production of independent cinematographic works.

Casali + Roubini is an artist duo founded in 2010, currently living and working in Milan.
