"Super 8 color material was treated with bacteria until the different color layers lost their stability on the acetate base of the film. After the material was dried it was reorganized on an optical printer frame by frame partly dragging the film in the gate by hand. In 2012 I made the digital print from the only existing S8 print." -Jürgen Reble, 2019
