This film is set to the crooning rants of Baltimore poet Fred Collins. Lots of nasty and funny events take place in a pool of perverts. The perverts include Bill Clinton, J. Edgar Hoover, dogs, penguins, giraffes in bondage and more. It makes use of flat puppet/collage animation.
