Me and my friend Adriano worked on FINE when me and my girlfriend broke up. I was in a bad mood and I wanted to do something cathartic. I was sad about the fact that every love story in my life did'nt last for more than two years (or three, like Beidberger says in his book). I wanted a male and a female actor, but I did'nt want any girl around at that time. So I played both the roles. It took 3 days of shooting and 5 of editing all in my house in Roma. FINE is a 20 minutes movie realized for a 4 screen projection, then reduced to 3 screen, then reduced to 11 minutes on one screen. So we got 3 versions. In fact FINE is a modular project and it can be assembled everytime in a different manner, like LEGO. (Massimo Di Felice)
