Silent. A one-shot, real-time documentary of walking around a block in New York City at a particular time, then copying the film onto a roll of paper which is then cut up frame-by-frame, then animated as a sequence back on the block, using a custom-designed and crafted manual mutoscope mounted on a plywood cart.
