This film shows the total destruction of the Gordon Matta-Clark vehicle, named Herman Maydag, by a a bulldozer in a rubbish dump. It was part of "98.5", a compilation of films by Ed Baynard, Susan Hall, George Schnneemar and Charles Simonds, produced by Holly Solomon and shown at Documenta 5 in Kassel in 1972.
