Sophie Watzlawick is a Filmmaker and Editor, born in Geneva (CH) and living in Berlin.
Playing in a space created between daily concrete and oneiric cosmic worlds, her hand-made films are built on different visual/acoustic experiences and philosophical tale.
In parallel of her film-making, she collaborates in numerous theater/film/performance/music projects, and thus develops transdisciplinary artistic and technical practice.
She is an active member of the independent film collectives for DIY analog praxis LaborBerlin.
