The texts published in this new issue of Les Saisons unveil histories of cinema that filmmakers are in the process of writing. The writing of films, the writing of the films’ work and memory, reveals a network of entangled stories, a network made up of the words inscribed by the filmmakers. The journal turns to this door ajar where the film remains and fades away, where writing, in its turn, rushes into the time singularity that is distinctly its own.
