Filmmaker Jean Gagné comes from a working-class background in the industrial city of Jonquière. He delved into the world of cinematic creation with his first film, Saison Cinquième, in 1968. Since then, his involvement, approach, and commitment have made him a dedicated filmmaker focused on a poetic and exploratory cinematic expression. In collaboration with his brother Serge, they explore the intricacies of this universe to track down human folly and delve into the winding paths of our imaginations.
