A film about the flickering time of a journey across an unfamiliar space. Video shot in Japan, electronic sounds and field recordings, and the Italian text from the Travel Diary of Luigi Pelli of Aranno from Saint Petersburg to Lugano in 1829 connect through unexpected resonances and random coincidences. Together, they form an unstable object, where architecture and music, movement and stillness meet.
