KING OF THE JEWS is a film about fear and transcendence. Utilizing Hollywood movies, 1950s educational films, personal home movies and religious films spanning the history of cinema, the filmaker depicts his uneasy childhood relationship to Jesus Christ. The evolution of this relationship is a point of departure to examine the roots of Christian anti-Semitism and the need for spiritual healing.
