In 2002 the Brookhaven National Laboratory historian asked physicists to nominate the most beautiful experiment of all time, and the 10 winners were published in Physics World magazine. These two short videos (#2 Galileo's Experiment on Falling Objects, and #10 Foucaults Pendulum) were made as part of an evening of artist projects based on the poll.
