In Marimba Quartet light, color, wind, and water collaborate in an inspired dance of the visuals with the music. This work was shot in Bonaire in the Caribbean and it combines underwater and ocean surface imagery that was filmed with an animator’s sensibility. This work was premiered with a live marimba quartet performance at Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York in April 2014.
