Nationality: French

Born in Thiant (Nord) in 1952. Co-founder of Paris-Film-Coop in 1974, then in 1976, he contributed to the film review Melba. Between 1974 and 1976, he made six films, which were later grouped together under the title Scandés. After Chantilly, Patrick Delabre directed Simultanés/Circonstances, a collage film that reprises the multi-screen principle of Chantilly. The artist then moved to the United States, first to San Francisco, where he attended the Art Institute, and then to Chicago. His later works are film installations.
