Johanna Pauline MAIER

Johanna Pauline Meier was born in East Berlin and emigrated with her family to the FRG in 1885. She grew up in Mainz and studied philosophy and sinology in Berlin, Paris and Beijing and than film directing at Film Academy Beijing (2000-01) and the University of Television and Film, Munich. She lives between Munich and Paris.
